Shipping Policy

We ship domestically via UPS. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based upon the size and weight of your purchased piece(s) and includes insurance and signature confirmation.

For international shipments, please inquire here. Please note that you will be responsible for any duties and/or VAT charges incurred once the package clears customs and enters your country.

Tracking information will be emailed to upon shipping so you can monitor its arrival time.

If you prefer to use a carrier that we don't offer at checkout, please email us at gaynelle@gaynellehenger.com and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Return & Exchange Policy
